Discover the excitement of fishing in the Arctic waters of Lofoten. This boat trip takes you to the best fishing spots, carefully selected based on the weather and season to maximize your chances of a great catch.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who has fished before, this tour is designed for everyone. Your guide will provide simple fishing techniques and hands-on assistance, ensuring you have the best chance of landing a fish. With a small group setting, you’ll enjoy a personal and authentic experience, just as the locals do.

With a maximum of 8 guests per boat, the experience remains personal, comfortable and close to life at sea. For larger groups, we can arrange additional boats. If you are travelling with a bigger group, please feel free to contact us – we also have the possibility to arrange fishing experiences on larger vessels.

  • Great chance to see Sea Eagles

As we move through the Arctic waters, there’s a high chance you’ll spot white-tailed sea eagles soaring above the coastline – one of Lofoten’s most iconic wildlife experiences.

  • Take It Home or Dine by the Sea

After the trip, you can take your fish home, or continue the experience at Restaurant Nyvågar, where your catch is transformed into a beautifully prepared multi-course meal, enjoyed as either lunch or dinner depending on your tour time.

  • What to Bring

 

  • Fishing Gear: If you have your own preferred fishing equipment, feel free to bring it. Otherwise, gear can be provided.
  • Warm clothing and footwear: Dress appropriately for the weather.
  • Transportation to the meeting point: Ensure you arrange your own travel.
  • Camera: Capture the breathtaking scenery and your fishing triumphs.

Lofoten’s weather conditions can change rapidly.

The company reserve the right to modify routes, adjust schedules, relocate activities, or cancel tours if necessary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Operational requirements
• Force majeure circumstances beyond our control

Natural phenomena (such as Northern Lights or Midnight Sun) cannot be guaranteed.

If the company cancel a tour due to safety reasons or weather conditions, customers will be offered either:

• Rescheduling to another available date, or
• A full refund

Cancellation

Cancellation more than 14 days before the activity:
Full refund.

Cancellation between 14 days and 72 hours before the activity:
50% of the total price is charged.

Cancellation less than 72 hours before the activity or no-show:
No refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
